GlossTech ProSeries PPF & Vinyl is a premium ceramic coating specifically engineered for paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wraps. Designed to preserve the appearance and performance of modern film surfaces, it delivers exceptional slickness, and extreme hydrophobic protection while helping reduce staining, contamination, and maintenance.
Unlike conventional sealants or spray protectants, ProSeries PPF & Vinyl chemically bonds to the surface, creating a durable, sacrificial barrier that enhances water behavior, simplifies cleaning, and helps maintain the original finish without altering the look or flexibility of the film.
Whether applied to gloss, satin, or matte PPF and vinyl wraps, ProSeries PPF & Vinyl provides long-lasting performance while keeping protected surfaces looking cleaner, richer, and easier to maintain.

DIRECTIONS
Prior to application, place the vehicle in a well-lit, temperature-controlled 50°F-80°F (10°C-26°C), & clean environment. Do not apply in direct sun.
Avoid skin contact with the coating and wear full PPE during application including gloves, eye protection, and an organic vapor respirator.
1) Wash and dry the vehicle, making sure panels are cool to the touch.
2) Clay vehicle surfaces to remove all topical bonded contamination, creating a smooth finish.
3) Use ProSeries Iron Decon to remove iron deposits and other deep contamination from surfaces prior to paint correction.
4) Paint correct/polish/buff the vehicle with at least a finish polish and a medium foam pad to refine the surface, creating gloss and more vibrant color. A one step polish fully decontaminates the surface, allowing for optimal bonding to surfaces.
5) Remove all compound and polish residue by wiping all polished surfaces with ProSeries Panel Prep. Wait at least 10 min before coating, to allow panel prep solvents to evaporate.
6) Before Application: Shake well for 20 seconds. Allow the bottle to rest for 60 seconds before opening it very SLOWLY. Keep the cap on tight whenever not dispensing. Before all dispensing: give the bottle another few quick shakes each time. Have (6+) new microfiber towels and 2-3 MF applicators ready nearby.
7) Max application area: only apply Pro Series Select to 1/4 to 1/2 of the vehicle at a time.
8) ApplyPro Series Select one line of coating to one edge of a microfiber applicator. Use enough coating to fully cover one panel, the size of a door or half of a hood. Apply the coating thick to ensure optimal film build, using 3/4 of a bottle for sedans and a full bottle for larger vehicles.
9) Hold the other end of the applicator and lightly drag over the surface in overlapping strokes. Using only enough pressure to fully engage the microfiber applicator to the surface, rapidly apply 60-80% of the coating to the middle of the panel/section. Next, apply to the edges of the section, creating a frame.
10) Next, fill in the framed area with slightly overlapping passes. Pass the applicator over the panel/section 1-2 more times, adding more coating if necessary to ensure even coverage.
11) After application, step back and look for any areas missed or those with excess product. If found, run the microfiber applicator over them to even out the coating.
12) Allow Pro Series Select to dwell on the panel a minimum of 5 min and a maximum of 10 min. Dwell time will vary depending on humidity, temperature, and moving air.
* Humid Climates 70%+ = Shorter Dwell time.
13) Coating Dwell Time: After 2-3 min, lightly wipe a small area (4”x4”) with a MF towel in a circle, looking for a clean wipe window. If the wiping reveals a clean area, then remove the coating. If the wiping smears, let the coating dwell 1min more before checking again.
14) Wipe the applied section(s) clear, following the same pattern of application.
WIPING THE SURFACE CLEAR
Use two (2) new microfiber towels, with 2-3 more folded into quarters and ready nearby.
1) Towel #1 (left hand) levels most of the coating. With minimal pressure, gently and thoroughly wipe the surface clear. Flip the towel to a new side every door-sized panel.
2) Towel #2 (right hand) is the final wipe towel, picking up any remaining coating residue. Wipe towel #2 over the entire panel.
INSPECT
After the final wipe carefully inspect all panels for leftover coating residue (high spots). Often edges, emblems, and other tight areas may contain leftover coating. High spots are easiest to remove if found within 20 min after the final wipe.
FAQ
Q: Can Glosstech Pro Series Select be applied on all exterior automotive surfaces?
A: No, Glosstech Pro Series Select may be used on: automotive paint (clear coat), headlights, taillights, wheels, and calipers.
Q: Is Glosstech Pro Series Select safe for vehicles with matte paint?
A: Glosstech Pro Series Select is perfectly suited to protect matte paint (clear coat). It may slightly darken and enrich the matte paint, however it will not make the surface “glossy”. Remember, NEVER POLISH MATTE PAINT under any circumstances.
Q: Can Pro Series Select be used on black piano key trim, PPF/Clear Bra, and Vinyl Wraps?
A: Yes, Pro Series Select works well on all delicate or specialized vehicle surfaces.
Q: Will Pro Series Select work if my vehicle was previously ceramic coated with a different coating?
A: Yes, Glosstech Pro Series Select will function as topper for previous layers of Pro Series Select or over other ceramic coatings. However, for best adhesion to the existing coating, all coated panels should undergo: a deep cleaning, decontamination (clay bar) and at least one step polish to fully prep the surface.
Q: Once Pro Series Select is applied can I still use other surface protection products like waxes and sealants?
A: Waxes and sealants no. This is because topical products need to match the chemistry and characteristics of the coating for the greatest benefit. Traditional waxes and sealants will diminish the coating’s water behavior. Therefore, GlossTech Speed Detailer is the best option to layer more topical protection, gloss, and slickness to your vehicle every few months.
