SHIPPING POLICY
We offer multiple UPS only shipping methods. Available shipping options and shipping quotes are displayed during the Shipping Method section during checkout. Orders over $500 qualify for Free Shipping. Some flammable chemicals must only ship via ground transport due to federal law.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, after the order has been placed. Orders placed after 11AM CT on Fridays may not be shipped until the following Monday morning.
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the shipping carrier's tracking system once your order has shipped. When this occurs you will receive an automated shipping notification which will include your package tracking information.
We currently only ship to addresses within the 50 United States.
GlossTech does NOT currently offer an expedited Saturday delivery option.

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. -
UPS 2-Day
You can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are based on orders placed today, before 11:00 PM CT, for in-stock items. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please check shipping restrictions below. Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday.
Shipping Timeline

Shipping Exceptions & Restrictions
We try to meet the timing requested for all deliveries. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer's remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by the shipping carriers of UPS or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to our Return Policy (listed below).
- Estimated order arrival dates displayed in checkout are not guaranteed.
- Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of GlossTech and may delay orders.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays.
- Please allow 1-2 business days processing before your order is shipped
- GlossTech is not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen shipping carrier issues.
- Some oversized items may have additional delivery costs and times and must be shipped by freight.
- Some flammable or aerosol items may be restricted to ground shipping methods only.
- Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or APO may have longer transit times.
- Shipments to P.O. Boxes are limited to U.S. Postal Service only.
GlossTech will not be able to reimburse shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items.
Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. The email includes a link to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. You may track your order on the UPS website. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the shipping carrier's website once your order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY
You may return an item for up to 30 days after purchase. ONLY UNUSED Products in “LIKE-NEW” condition are accepted for returns.
You will receive a full refund for the product(s) within 30 business days from the date your return is received. Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, you will receive a full refund less our original shipping costs to you.
There are no returns/refunds for ‘Sale’, ‘Clearance’ or ‘Closeout’ items. Those sales are final.
Any shipping problems (for example, missing, damaged, or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.

To expedite the return process please include: A) your name and B) your order number in the return email subject line (Re: Return for Bob Smith - Order #1234) when you contact customer support.
