REMOVE EMBEDDED IRON CONTAMINATION FROM SURFACES WITH EASE
Glosstech ProSeries Iron Decon quickly and efficiently removes embedded iron oxide contamination from automotive surfaces, caused by brake dust, industrial fallout (airborne particles), factories, construction, and rail dust from vehicle transportation inside metal cargo containers.
ProSeries Iron Decon is a safe acid-free formula for all exterior vehicle surfaces including: automotive paint, glass, exterior plastics, carbon fiber, factory wheels, RV’s, boats, gel coat, fiberglass, and more.
This powerful quick acting formula turns purple as it reacts with and dissolves iron and metal contamination both above and below the paint’s surface.
- Removes iron contamination from vehicle surfaces
- Safe pH balanced and acid-free formula for exterior automotive surfaces
- Removes deep contamination from RV’s, boats, gel coat, and fiberglass

DIRECTIONS
Always use GlossTech ProSeries Iron Decon on cool surfaces out of direct sun. Never allow it to dry on surfaces.
1) Thoroughly wash and rinse vehicle surfaces thoroughly to remove all topical dirt to ensure GlossTech ProSeries Iron Decon deeply penetrates vehicle surfaces.
2) Liberally spray GlossTech ProSeries Iron Decon onto freshly wet surfaces and allow it to dwell. When the surface appears to “bleed” purple, the formula is reacting to embedded iron contamination.
3) When the ‘bleeding’ appears at its maximum, agitate (wash) the surface with a wash mitt as you would a car shampoo; starting at the top, working to the bottom of the vehicle.
4) After agitation, rinse the vehicle thoroughly with running water. Be mindful to flush cracks and crevices. Make sure to thoroughly rinse the product off surfaces around and beneath the vehicle after use, as Iron Decon may stain if left to dry on surfaces.
5) Repeat steps 3 -5 if vehicle displays excessive ‘bleeding’
** Tip: For heavily contaminated vehicle surfaces, rough to the touch, it may be most effective to A) first wash the vehicle then B) remove the topical contamination from surfaces with a clay bar before using GlossTech ProSeries Iron Decon. This allows for maximum penetration and iron removal.
