A: No, ProSeries Elite may be used on: automotive paint (clear coat), headlights, taillights, wheels, and calipers.
Q: Will GlossTech ProSeries Elite work if my vehicle was previously ceramic coated with a different coating?
A: Yes, GlossTech ProSeries Elite will function as topper for previous layers of ProSeries Elite or over other ceramic coatings. However, for best adhesion to the existing coating, all coated panels should undergo: a deep cleaning, decontamination (clay bar) and at least one step polish to fully prep the surface.
Q: Once ProSeries Elite is applied can I still use other surface protection products like waxes and sealants?
A: Waxes and sealants no. This is because topical products need to match the chemistry and characteristics of the coating for the greatest benefit. Traditional waxes and sealants will diminish the coating’s water behavior.
